Control slide order

Reorder files and individual slides before merging instead of accepting the upload sequence as final.

Expose theme conflicts

Choose whether slides keep their source theme or adapt to a destination theme, with a preview of likely changes.

Preserve presentation data

Account for notes, links, embedded media, custom fonts, and slide masters rather than copying only visible shapes.

A PPTX merger, PPT merger, presentation combiner, or slide combiner sounds simple until two decks use different masters, fonts, aspect ratios, or embedded assets. A reliable utility must preserve the package relationships inside each file and give the user a clear choice between retaining source formatting and normalizing the combined deck.

The planned merger keeps the workflow intentionally focused. It is not operational today and no files are uploaded here. A first release should prioritize local previews, explicit ordering, and predictable deletion of temporary files, with clear warnings when a feature cannot be preserved.

How the workflow is designed

  1. 1

    Add PPTX files

Provide the source material and enough context to preserve the intent of the original presentation.

  2. 2

    Resolve order and themes

Review the proposed structure and resolve missing, duplicated, or ambiguous content before producing a result.

  3. 3

    Download the merged deck

Inspect the output for accuracy, pacing, and editability before using it in a real presentation.

PPTX merger FAQ

Can I merge PowerPoint files with different themes?

Yes, but the merger must decide whether to preserve each source theme or map slides to one destination theme. Both approaches can change fonts and layout behavior.

Will animations and speaker notes be preserved?

That is the intended goal, but complex media and animations need dedicated compatibility testing. The planned tool is not live yet.
