PPT TO STUDY NOTES

Your slides. Your notes. Side by side.

Turn lecture slides into editable study notes—with the source beside every section. Upload a PPTX or PDF, check the details, and take your study guide with you.

Reading slides

Less copying. More understanding.

Keep the source in sight

Compare each section with its PDF page or extracted PowerPoint material. Important details stay easy to check.

See what needs review

Spot unreadable pages, complex diagrams and unfinished notes. Retry individual pages without losing completed work.

A study guide you can edit

Add your own explanations, correct the wording, and download a Word document or save a printable PDF.

Lecture slides are prompts for a class, not a finished revision guide. Detailed notes organize the concepts and evidence on each page; a quick summary gives you a shorter overview. Choose the amount of detail that suits this study session.

Keep your teacher’s material distinct from AI explanations. Each generated section separates source-based notes, explanation and points to check. You can revise every word before exporting.

AI can misread small labels and formulas or miss context. Page-by-page progress shows what finished, not that every fact is correct. Compare important details with the original, especially when studying technical subjects.

PPT TO STUDY NOTES FAQ

Can I upload a PowerPoint or PDF?

Yes. Upload .pptx or .pdf files up to 20 MB and 120 pages. Older .ppt files should be exported to PDF first. Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Text is limited to 12,000 characters per page; oversized pages are flagged instead of silently cut off.

Will diagrams, formulas and speaker notes be preserved?

PDFs keep the original page image, which is also sent for AI analysis. PPTX files provide extracted text, authored speaker notes and up to three embedded images per slide; complex shapes and charts may not be preserved. Export to PDF for a faithful source view. Always check formulas and small labels.

Do I need an account? Where does my file go?

Local previews and the example need no account. When you sign in and generate, your file is uploaded to MinerU for precision parsing and extracted content and images are sent to our AI service. Parsing tasks belong to your account; parsed sources are reused for regeneration. Drafts are stored in this browser for this tab. Export before closing it, and use New document to clear its draft.

Can I edit and export my study notes?

Yes. Edit every page directly, copy text or download a .docx document. Print / save PDF opens your browser print dialog so you can save a PDF. Exports include source material and clear markers for unfinished pages. Neither completed status nor an AI summary guarantees that nothing was missed.
